I think you'll get it from #5 or #3.
It's funny because when I've done this, I read it and return it from Library A and weeks later it becomes available at the others and I'm the person who checks it out immediately and returns it immediately, so as to not block someone else for even the three days for the hold to expire. (I never remember to remove myself from the queues anywhere else - mostly because by the time I check the book out, I forget that I had it reserved multiple places.)
I want to read "The Sentry" by Robert Crais. I put it on hold at 5 libraries.
So the question is, which library will have it available first?
I figure #4 is out and so is #2.
#5 seems most likely as there are two copies and only 4 people in front of me.
I guess it depends on whether or not everyone picks it up and if the each keep it the full 21 days. In any event, it will be interesting to see where it shows up first and where I am on the other lists when it finally does show up.

Ok, in case any one is interested, the winner is, library #5. It just showed up today. Not to bad actually, 2 weeks and I was number 4 on the waiting list, so at least a couple of folks turned it in early.
Now, off to remove myself from the waiting list for the other 4 libraries and then load and read the book
