    Can not sign in

      Hi, I bought manufacturer refurbished nook. I can not register (sign in) - everything goes well until step 4. After I push the "sign in" the message "Sorry we're having trouble setting up your Nook. Please shutdown the device and try again." appears.   I tried hard reset, used help chat on BN page, The only good thing I find out during the BN chat is that my Nook is not paired to someone not me.

      Please help !!!!

          If the "sign in" is the first time wifi is needed to connect to the internet, are you sure you have a wifi connection connected to the net?

              My home wi-fi works and Nook connects to it without any problems

              Can you take it into a B&N store and get help there?

                  I am having the same issue. It seems the problem happens with the refurbushed unit. Any resolution for the problem? The B&N TechSupport is clueless. I tried calling them 3 times and got nowwhere with them
