    keeps saying "shop has stopped"

      I,ve tried reinstalling apps still won't launch: CW, NBC, yahoo mail, netflix

          Have you fully powered down the device recently? Not sleep, "power off." Try that first. Then try to update your apps one by one. Start with Netflx (thru B&N store.) Let it finish. Then move over to Google Play for the others. (Make sure you're logged in, update them one by one.). See if that works. I
