Wall Street Journal Change Hinders Navigation

In the last month or two the Journal has dropped the Next Article>> button on the first page of each article. Strangely, the <<Previous Article button is still there. To move to the next article the reader must now bring up the reading tools bar, tap Content and then tap the next article in the list - 3 moves instead of 1. Navigating the paper, never an easy task, now becomes a real chore. It's hard to understand the rationale for removing the button, USA Today still has the button. Perhaps it's simply a mistake - an inadvertent tapping of the delete button by a programmer. What can be done to restore this important feature?
