    apps

Does anyone know if there is an app for weight watchers online points tool?

Doesn't appear so. Although they appear to have some sort of app for iPhone/iPad and Android:

          http://www.weightwatchers.com/templates/Marketing/Marketing_Utool_1col.aspx?pageid=1118811

          https://market.android.com/details?id=com.weightwatchers.mobile (Many negative reviews, however)

So maybe if you root your NC, you could access the Android one. Couldn't tell you for sure. Check the Android Marketplace. Lots of copy-cat apps that do similar things.

But, if it's an "online" feature, couldn't you just use the browser to log on to the Weight Watcher Online website? I guess I don't see the need for an app.

Edit: I see Weight Watchers Online is a pay service, so I'm sure WW wants their outrageous monthly fee as opposed to a 1-time app purchase.

Good luck. I'm down 30 lbs. since December. I use the old-fashioned "counting calories + exercise" method. It's not hip or flashy, but it doesn't cost a nickel. I'm not knocking Weight Watchers entirely. For some, I'm sure it helps. Especially the peer-support aspect.

I was wondering the same thing, because though I can get the Weight Watchers website on my Noook tablet I cannot get the online tools to work. (I am a subscriber).

Have you tried using the mobile site, rather than the regular site?  mobile.weightwatchers.com (no www)

As to the other poster who commented about the "outrageous monthly fee".  The App itself is free, but you have to have a paid account to use the tools.  I don't understand why you think it's outrageous for them to charge a montly fee to use the WW tools?  You can use the site for free and access some recipes, etc, but you can't use the tools without a subscription.
