We have two profiles on our Nook HD+ and when I buy new content the new content is only available to the main profile. I have to go to Profile->manage content and manually check the box next to the new content, and then it's available.
Telephone support tells me that's just how it works and you can't make all new content automatically available to the second profile. That doesn't make sense to me, so I'm hoping some one here knows of a way to make it show up on the second profile. Please let me know if you do! Thanks in advance.
I fiddled around with the profile settings on my Nook HD and unfortunately I don't see a way to make all the content available to other profiles automatically without going through the steps you just described. I believe B&N set it up this way so there is privacy between the profiles, plus to make it easier for each individual to organize and maintain their own personal profile.
