I have downloaded a few movies for my kids Nook HD+. I bought them on the Nook from the Barnes and Noble website. As soon as I buy them, I download them because they only get to watch the movies in the car. When I download the movie, it will work. But, sometimes right away, and sometimes several times later, the movies will come up with an error about unable to watch and always wants to send me to nook support. However, the link takes me to nothing useful. Why does this happen as I am not streaming the movies. It is getting really old to buy movies and then have kids whine that they can't watch them, that's why I bought the Nooks in the first place, to avoid listening to whining on long car trips!!!
Sorry to hear about your NOOK video issue. Question, do you see this happening with all your titles? Is it sporadic? Also, do you have access to those videos now?
