I bought nook hd plus last week. but It has a critical problem.
When I recieved the nook hd+, I plugged to bundle charger and nook was fully charged.
And I turned on normally. but screen was changed to black. Power is on but screen is black.
So I tried to turn off and turn on again, but It's not work. So do the factory reset didn't work.
Sometimes, screen is come to normal. But few seconds later, black screen again and again...
I hope to exchange my nook for new one.
