I've tried resetting and everything. It's saying it's charged. I had the screen come up once and not since then. It just started this morning before I had no problems. It's very frustrating. What can I do about it? Do I need a new nook? It's not even a year old.
If it's less than a year old, you are still in your warranty period. Call customer support. They will walk you through some checks and if they can't resolve the issue, they will replace your nook.
