No! There is no simple way as:
1) A native Dvd movie is in the 6-9 GB in size that would take up more room then you have on the device.
2) Native Dvd movies are compromised of Vob files not a format used by devices like the Nook. In fact there are no tablet devices that will play native Dvd movie format. They all have to be converted.
You have to convert and compress Dvd movies which is known as ripping a movie. With a program like DVD catalyst mentioned here in other threads. Which will rip them down to around 1gb and put them in a format that the Nook can play.
