    ALEX: Problems accessing www.barnesandnoble.com


      When I attempt to access www.barnesandnoble.com from IP address, I get the following message:


      The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

      Your support ID is: 17395671178995271432


      This happens on multiple computers using multiple browsers.


      Note that I have connections to TWO ISPs (Frontier and Comcast), and when I attempt to access www.barnesandnoble.com using the Comcast Internet connection (obviously a different IP address), it works.


      Note further that I have no problem accessing bookclubs.barnesandnoble.com or any other website using either ISP.


      This is a configuration issue at the B&N web server.  It's been like this for at least a day, perhaps longer (I don't access the main B&N site every day).


      This may have happened on November 12 when I changed out a router that I used to connect to the Frontier system.  Changing a router caused the IP address from Frontier to change.  My prior IP address was, which worked to access www.barnesandnoble.com.
