Are you looking in your library on website or just the page for the eBook? Everything you purchased through B&N should still be in your account.
Also, make sure you logged into the correct account. Some people have opened multiple accounts and then have difficulty finding their eBooks because they are on a different account.
I am looking at my account at BN. It shows the first book I purchased only. I have only one account. I have purchased many books.
Under My Books there is a pull-down menu "Active" or "Archived". The first book I ever purchased is in Active, there are NO books listed under Archived.
On my NOOK, in the Settings page under "Erase & Deregister Device" there is the statement "The titles you have purchased will remain in your NOOK account." ??
You might want to send a PM to agarcia, he might be able to help you. If you are logged into your account, they should all be listed there.
Are any of your eBooks showing in your purchase history (My Account - Orders)? Or they all more than 6 months old? If you have the email confirmations that may be of help as well.
All my book purchases are older than 6 months. BN cannot keep track of books I've purchased more than 6 months ago, but can remember my credit card number for years??
Huh, they used to keep order history for 18 months.
All your books should still be there though unless you actually delete them from your account.
I have only been into this account online to try to retrieve the books I've
purchased from BN, the books were purchased using the NOOK. NO books were
ever deleted from the account.
